I cannot say enough amazing thing about FitBody! Joining was one of the best decisions I've ever made! The coaches are very supportive and have a passion for helping you get to your goals. Once upon a time, my friend started going to a new gym and lost a bunch of weight and got all toned up and she kept inviting me to go try a class with her for free. Well I tried a class with her during friends and family week and then I did a 21day challenge. I liked it so much I joined and I’ve been going for over 2 years now. I’ve never felt like I was being judged here and everyone is so welcoming and friendly. The trainers are all amazing.

I've been a member of various gyms and worked with many trainers over the last 30+ year, but never have I ever felt a sense of community and support as I do here. Coaches are amazing ! They work out side by side with the class. They make themselves available by text or in person one on ones for added support and advice on nutrition. And did I mention the body scan ? You can scan as often as you like and watch your body change ! Highly recommend trying it out, you'll get hooked !

Absolutely love this place! From the amazing coaches and support that you have all the way down to the work out itself... There is something about this place that just keeps you wanting more. Not only have I lost weight, but my lifestyle has completely changed. I thought I ate healthy and lived a pretty healthy lifestyle before… Boy was I wrong. I highly recommend joining! I promise you won't regret it!

My sister introduced me to FitBody for their latest challenge and convinced me to give them a try. Joining this gym is probably one of the best decisions I've made. The coaches are approachable and understanding. The workouts can all be modified depending on ability, which is great for me as I've have chronic knee pain and have had 3 surgeries on my knee. I've been able to work one-on-one with the coaches since joining and have never experienced the level of care at any other gym. I highly recommend FitBody and will continue being a member for as long as they'll have me!
